Unified Performance Task 3

In Practical Research 2, I learned how to make research questions and its characteristics. Research questions are considered as sub-problems of your research problem and these questions are informative in nature. It specifies the method of collecting and analyzing data and the type of data to be collected. They also help to clarify and specify the research problem. A research question needs to have these characteristics: feasible - is your research problem possible?, clear - since your research questions are considered as the main focus in gathering and analyzing the data, significant - ask if your research questions are relevant or important to ask, and lastly, it needs to be ethical - always consider the welfare of people, animals, or who so ever involve in your study.

In English for Academic and Professional Purposes, I learned about the three ways of educating a concept, which are definition, explication, and clarification. Definition is the exact meaning and it can be done in three ways: informal, formal, and extended. Explication is the process of analyzing a literary work in order to reveal its meaning. Lastly, clarification is the action of making a statement or situation less confused and more comprehensible.

In Health Opportunities through Physical Education 3, I learned about the different elements of dance. The elements of dance are the foundational concepts and vocabulary that help students develop skills and understand dance as an artistic practice. The different elements are the following: body - refers to how the entire body is molded in space on the configuration of body parts; action - any human movement included in the act of dancing; space - is the area the performers occupy and where they move; time - the keyword for this is "when?";  lastly, the energy - the movements propelled by energy or force.
